Children's Clinical and Community Supervisor (Area Manager)

Full time position in Hartford, responsible for the day-to-day supervision and management of the outpatient staff, including clinicians, case managers, respite program, and the children’s crisis program. Maintain excellent relationships with external partners including DMH, DCF, local schools, community groups, etc. Coordinator will provide some direct services including child and family assessment, individual and family therapy. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years experience in family systems, working with children with emotional disorders, and clinical supervisory experience. Candidate must possess excellent oral/written communication skills, provide leadership and be highly motivated. Must have strong organizational and supervisory skills, be able to multi-task and enjoy working calmly in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Clinical Masters required, licensure a plus.
