Case Manager

Homestretch Inc. is dedicated to offering homeless families the resources and support needed to rebuild their lives and become self-sufficient members of the community. The Case Manager position is a key position at Homestretch. Case Managers are responsible for all contact between Homestretch and clients, working with clients to develop client goals and follow them through. Case managers perform regularly scheduled visits, keep detailed case notes and provide service links to other agencies as needed. Case managers participate in assessment of prospective clients by interviewing clients and evaluate potential clients’ suitability for the program in conjunction with other staff members. Case managers schedules and coordinate the move-in and move-out process. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications: BA degree in social work, psychology, human services or related field. MSW preferred. Minimum 2 years prior human services experience. Must be computer literate and able to use Office 265. Must be able to set clear boundaries, be non-judgmental, organized, and articulate. Must be able to function under pressure and maintain the integrity and confidentiality of Homestretch and its clients. Must have excellent verbal and written skills. Ability to speak Spanish, Arabic, Farsi, Amharic, or Tigrinya a plus. Send resume with cover letter and salary requirements to: An EOE.
