Coordinates the staff, faculty and board preparation and recommendation of the school’s budget for the upcoming year. Assists in interpreting the monthly financial statements, budget line items and implementing mid-year budget adjustments as needed. Coordinates long-term financial plan.
Consistently pursues reasonable cost savings. Reviews and updates school insurance coverage, as needed. Respond to claims and other correspondence relating to insurance coverage.
Administers employee benefit plan, including insurance, and any other employee benefit.
Administers semester program tuition accounts receivables
Administers employee payroll, tracks personnel salary data, unemployment claims and reporting, manages salary accounts as necessary, tax and withholding reports, handles accounts payable in timely fashion, prepares financial statements on a monthly basis including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow forecast and reports. Works with accountant to produce year-end reports, including a reviewed financial statement or an audit if required. Submits quarterly taxes.
Handles questions relating to employee benefits.
Tracks vehicle registrations and insurance
Reconciles all bank accounts
Works with Director and staff on maintaining accreditation standards
Attends Board meetings as necessary.
Dates of Employment: Year-round, full-time, starting in December 2014
