Gateways Community Services is a private non-profit servicing the needs of individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, individuals with autism, adults with acquired brain injury and elders in need of long-term support.
We are seeking motivated BCBA professionals to join our rapidly growing team in Gateways Autism Services.
The BCBA conducts functional behavioral analysis, generates related behavioral plans, and ensures the effective implementation of all in-home treatment and programming for clients of Gateways Autism Services. Consumers will vary in age from children to adults.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
-Conduct functional behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations
-Develop positive behavioral support plans to begin delivery of services
-Continuous Monitoring and implementing behavioral services to ensure quality delivery of services.
-Perform Case and school consultations as needed
-Research and Share best practices to supervise, plan, revise behavioral support plans.
-Serve as a Resource as well as Conduct Parent/Caregiver Training as needed to ensure quality outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
-MS or PhD plus 2 years related post graduate experience in related field
-Current Board Certification Behavior Analyst
-Training and experience is Applied Behavioral Analysis applications
-Early Childhood, Autism and/or special needs experience
-High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
-Aptitude to identify specific approaches or strategies that must be implemented to reach realistic objectives/goals.
-Enjoys working collaboratively and in a team environment
-Written and verbal communication skills; the ability to effectively advocate ideas and influence internal and external audiences.
-Possess reliable transportation, valid drivers' license and applicable vehicle insurance for business travel.
