(37.5 hrs/wk) - HCRS is looking for a Master’s level individual to provide clinical and administrative supervision to a team of clinicians and case managers in the Springfield or Brattleboro area. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills that have a positive influence on staff motivation, confidence, and skill-building, while also cultivating relationships with in-house programs and community partners. Excellence in multi-tasking, communication, problem-solving, and computer skills are critical to the success of this position. Master’s degree in a related field, licensure as an LADC, and at least 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience are required.
