Marlboro School in Marlboro, VT seeks a long term substitute in the 3rd/4th grade beginning February 25 until the end of the school year. Although licensure is not required for this position, it is preferred. The successful candidate will have experience teaching 8-10 year olds and be familiar with a balanced literacy approach to reading and the Investigations math program.
Willingness and experience in effective collaboration are essential. The class is staffed by a fulltime assistant and several support teachers to allow for individual and small group instruction.
