Antioch University New England seeks two candidates with exceptional client relations and robust technical skills to join the Integrated Student Services team to provide superior, friendly service from the point of student enrollment to graduation. Working closely with staff from all Academic Affairs offices, our Integrated Student Services Advisors collaborate with students, faculty, and staff to ensure swift, coherent results in registration, records maintenance, and seamless processes across the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience, preferably in the areas of higher education, student services and/or student information systems
- Excellent student-centered attitude and orientation
- Strong technical proficiency managing complex automated and manual records systems; Relational databases experience required; Datatel/Colleague experience preferred
- High level of comfort with learning, written and oral communication, problemsolving, and systems-thinking.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and embrace change on a continuing basis
- Good planning, administrative and organizational skills.
