Billing ProceduresAssessment of Tuition and FeesTuition is assessed by semester for each degree and certificate program. Each program has a minimum number of required semesters. Students pay the designated semester charge plus applicable fees each semester they are enrolled. Please refer to the tuition schedules for the minimum number of semesters in each program. Total degree program costs will vary depending on the length of time spent in a program and whether the program requires a Master’s Project. Tuition is due by the Tuition Payment Deadline in order to access on-line registration. In addition to coursework, tuition charges cover internship/practicum supervision, advising, support groups, supervised independent studies, seminars, weekend courses, and program and administrative costs. Tuition does not include the cost of field study fees. Please Note: Tuition and fees charges are subject to change each academic year, for both continuing and new students, effective with the summer semester (June). Financial Clearance for RegistrationTuition bills for each semester, based on the active program at the time, are sent approximately three weeks before the semester's Tuition Payment Deadline. Your registration needs to be financially cleared by the Student Accounts Office by the deadline or your access to on-line registration will not be permitted and you will be assessed a Late Payment Fee. Your registration can be approved by the Student Accounts Office based on one of the following conditions:
Once your account is financially cleared to access on-line registration, if you do not register by the Registration Deadline, you will be assessed a Late Registration Fee. As Antioch New England is entirely dependent on timely receipt of tuition income to meet its financial obligations, we cannot, in most cases, approve registrations based on tuition reimbursement from employers. If you have specific questions about employer-paid tuition benefits, please contact the Student Accounts Office. Registering for classes obligates the student for payment of applicable tuition, fees, and other charges on a student’s account. Failure to attend classes does not constitute withdrawal from Antioch or exemption from tuition payment. A student is considered to be enrolled for the semester as of the first day of the semester as defined by the academic calendar not the first scheduled class meeting day. Please Note: You cannot receive transcripts or diplomas until your account is clear. | ||||
