All Students New and Continuing MUST Complete:

Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) 2009-2010
Be sure to include our school code (E00557) on your FAFSA. If you have questions call (800) 433-3243.
Financial Aid Request Form, 2009-2010 (PDF 146K)
Use this form to request student loans and work study. Mail or fax to our office.
2008 Federal Tax Return
Mail or fax a signed copy of your 1040 (1040, 1040A, 1040EZ, 1040PC or Telefile) to our office.

A limited number of students may be selected for a process called verification. Those selected will need to submit the verification worksheet (below). The Financial Aid Office will notify you if you have been selected.

First time Antioch Borrowers

Information on completing the Master Promissory Note and Stafford Loan Entrance Counseling will be sent to you with your Award Year Notification. These items should be completed on line immediately upon notification. Failure to complete this process in a timely manner may delay disbursement of funds.

In most instances, students applying for loans only can complete the above application process 3 weeks prior to registration.
