AUNE’s Organizing for Social Change class extends a warm welcome to join community for a screening of A Place at the Table on Sunday, November 17, at the Colonial Theater in Keene.
Following the film there will be a panel discussion moderated by State Senator Molly Kelly, and a “next steps” segment facilitated by members of AUNE’s Organizing for Social Change class.
Suggested admission fee is the donation of canned food or fresh produce. All proceeds go to local food pantries.
A Place at the Table is a documentary film released in March 2013 that explores the presence of hunger in America. It includes appearances by Jeff Bridges (True Grit) and Tom Colicchio (Top Chef).
This event is organized by Monadnock Farm and Community Coalition.
