Course Sequence - Fall 2010 Entry

REQUIREMENTS: 30 CREDITS
To meet the needs of the practicing professional, RMC classes are held on Friday afternoons and weekends. RMC graduates complete a minimum of thirty credits of academic and applied work over four semesters. Classes meet five weekends in the Fall and Spring semesters and three weekends during the Summer semester.

Fall I (6-9 credits)
Building Sustainable Organizations (3)
Climate Change Resilience, Adaptation, and Mitigation (3)
*Elective - e.g. Environmental Law or GIS (this is a 14 week course that meets on Fridays) (3)

Spring I (9 credits)
Energy and Materials Sustainability (3)
Financial Administration (3)
Political Economy of Sustainability (3)

Summer I (6 credits)
Proposal Writing and Project Management (3)
Qualitative and Quantitative Research Techniques (3)

Fall II (6-9 credits)
Applied Research Capstone Project (3)
Leadership for Change (3)
*Elective - e.g. Environmental Law or GIS (this is a 14 week course that meets on Fridays) (3)

*Select one elective either Fall I or Fall II, for a total of 30 credits
