1. Why are you focusing on EE in your career?
I don’t think of it as a career, as much as a lifestyle choice. I want a lifestyle that enables me to learn and grow, provide meaning to my life, be outside as much as possible, and pay my bills. So far, I have met all my goals (except the pay my bills part). One fact is that pay is generally low in the Environmental Education field, so I have to pay more attention to living within my means than a more traditional career might allow. But this is good, since it helps me to minimize my negative impacts on the earth.
