Received his doctorate in psychology and counseling from Boston University in 1963. He served on the graduate faculties at Tufts University and the University of Chicago until 1973. Since 1976, he has served on the faculty of Antioch University New England. He has brought to his teaching assignments advanced training in Gestalt and Ericksonian Therapies. The American Society of Clinical Hypnosis has certified Dr. Baldwin as an Approved Consultant. Dr. Baldwin is the author of Four and Twenty Blackbirds: Personae Theory and the Understanding of our Multiple Selves (1997), Gleanings; A Collection of Teaching Stories and Reflections (2011), and A Scattering of Seeds; A Pod of Enchanting Teaching Yarns and Reflections (2014). He has twice served the New Hampshire Psychological Association as president. Dr. Baldwin was a licensed psychologist in New Hampshire and is a founding partner of University Associates in Psychology, PC, a group practice in Keene and Gilmanton, New Hampshire. He is currently practicing as an independent provider of mental health services.
