“I have worked with hundreds of teachers and appreciated the rich variety of personalities, styles, and approaches to teaching that truly great teachers exhibit. I believe there is no one right way to be an effective teacher, but all great teachers love learning and deeply respect their students. They combine professional skill with personal creativity and are all committed to cultivating responsible community membership in their students. My hope is that I can facilitate the growth of great teachers who are strong enough to speak, act, and influence education in ways that positively transform their students, and therefore, the world.” Paula Denton
