As Library Director, I have many years experience in both academic and corporate libraries, including the libraries at Duke University and the University of South Carolina, and with Honeywell Information Systems and Boston-based consulting firm Bain & Co. I have experience in a variety of library work, from rare book acquisitions at Duke, where I specialized in early French and Latin imprints (that's arcane!) to designing and implementing Bain & Co.'s first worldwide 24/7 information system. Locally, I have worked with the Historical Society of Cheshire County and The Keene Sentinel.
