Overview
In addition to her full teaching schedule at Antioch, Meg is a Senior Staff Therapist at MAPS Counseling Services. She is certified in several areas including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR, level I and II; Critical Incident Stress Debriefing; Myers-Briggs; Kripalu Yoga Teacher and Holistic Educator; Career Development Facilitator; and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. She also completed a year-long Professional Training Program in Spiritual Psychology at the Concord Institute.
Her areas of interest include body-mind integration including EMDR, integrating psychotherapy and spirituality, women’s issues, trauma, couples and family communication and career/life transitions.
Meg is a member of the Board of Directors of the Monadnock Mindfulness Practice Center; a member of the NH Disaster Behavioral Health Response Team; and a member of the Keene State College Critical Incident Response Community Network Team.
She is a contributing feature writer for a column titled “Let’s Talk” for a local newspaper.
