Center for Research on Psychological Practice
Our Mission
The Center for Research on Psychological Practice (CROPP) addresses emerging educational aspects of doctoral training in clinical psychology that are not regularly included within the usual professional psychology curriculum-those relevant to applied clinical research skills and the associated administrative, consultative, and policy-creation roles of doctoral level psychologists. As such, CROPP provides high-quality and unique training experience to our doctoral students through active collaboration with agencies and caregivers throughout the region. Doctoral students co-conduct all CROPP projects, thereby developing a rare skill set that is highly attractive to internships and employers alike.
