PsyD Alum Writes Book Chapter

Carmela DeCandia, PsyD ’99, is the co-author of a chapter in Supporting Families Experiencing Homelessness, a book just released by Springer Publishing.  DeCandia wrote the chapter, titled Needs of Special Populations of Families without Homes, about special populations, including veterans, immigrants and refugees, and LGBT, who are homeless. Co-authors are Christina Murphy and Natalie Coupe.

DeCandia is the director of the National Center on Family Homelessness in Waltham, Massachusetts, a practice division of American Institutes for Research.  Find out more about her here.
