Monica Foley, MS ’13, winner of Exceptional Teacher Award

The Keene School District has named Monica Foley, MS ’13, as an Exceptional Teacher for 2014.

I was extremely honored, surprised, and grateful to have been chosen after my first year of teaching, said Monica, who teaches biology, chemistry, and anatomy at Keene High School. She graduated from Antioch University New England’s Department of Environmental Studies in the Science Teacher Certification concentration.

The Exceptional Teacher Award is given to ten teachers from the district’s nine schools each year.
