Fabulous Caterpillars, Through the Camera Lens of AUNE Student Samuel Jaffe

The Caterpillars of Eastern Massachusetts, an art installation in the halls of Antioch University New England (AUNE), showcases the photographic work of Samuel Jaffe, naturalist/artist and student in AUNE’s Department of Environmental Studies.

Over the last four summers, Jaffe collected caterpillars, pupas, and moths in parks and green spaces in eastern Massachusetts and photographed them. He hopes his work will convince viewers of the value of their own local natural heritage.

You can see the photographs on display in the hallway leading to the Continuing Education/Community Outreach and Human Resources wing, in the hallway across from the Dance Studio, and in the stairwell leading from the lobby to the second floor.
