Donna Mellen Speaks at Net Impact’s Brown Bag Discussion

The Net Impact chapter at Antioch University of New England (AUNE) held a brown bag discussion with Donna Mellen, core faculty member in AUNE’s MBA in Sustainability (Green MBA) on March 25.

Mellen’s talk was titled “Shifting Toward Life’s Energy: Positive Approaches to Organizations, Change and Sustainability.” She discussed approaches to development and change that shift our emphasis from deficit to strength, from pathology to health and from what drags us down to what generates life when we are at our best. She discussed how the potential of these approaches might create a sustainable planet.

Net Impact is a global organization for graduate business students who want to use business to create positive change in the world. Membership is open to all students in AUNE’s Department of Organization and Management.
