AUNE Student is Subject of Keene Sentinel Feature

Yves Gakunde, AUNE environmental studies student, interviewed by Keene Sentinel reporter Abby Spegman, talked about his plans to help his fellow Rwandans conserve the country’s natural resources while providing incentives like health care. Beth Kaplin, core faculty member in AUNE’s Department of Environmental Studies, was also quoted in the article.

Yves, who will graduate from the sustainable development and climate change concentration this May, goes to Washington, D.C., later this month to attend the Clinton Global Initiative University.
