DMT Intensive Workshop Registration Information

The intensives will be held at Antioch University New England in Keene, New Hampshire, and each participant will receive a Certificate of Completion. Housing information is available upon request. Full fee for the intensive is $495 for the 5-day intensive and $295 for the 3-day intensive; a $50 deposit ensures a place in the workshop. The $50 deposit is non-refundable.

Registration and payment in full is required by:

May 15, 2011 for the June 6-10, 2011 intensive
December 15th for the January 6-8, 2012 intensive
May 15, 2012 for the June 4-8, 2012 intensive

Those registering after the deadline will be charged an additional $30 late fee. Enrollment is limited. Please enroll early to avoid disappointment. Please send name, address, telephone number and check payable to Antioch University New England to:
