Working Groups
As part of the Vision 2020 process, community-based Work Groups have been established for each of the five healthiest community goals. The Work Groups are comprised of community members, community leaders and community service providers. Participants are working together to develop a shared definition of what it means to be the healthiest community; identify measurable indicators; and to design or identify interventions and programs for specific indicators.
Health Access

Health Literacy

Social Capital
