Visioning in Romania, 2000

As part of a contract with the Institute for Sustainable Communities in conjunction with World Learning and the U.S. Agency for International Development, ANEI made two visits to a region in the northwest part of Romania, convening and training members of a nongovernmental organization to facilitate large community meetings. As a result of ANEI's collaborative efforts with local leaders, a coalition of mayors throughout the region is working to bring in new economic activity and protect Romania's woods and mountains.
