The Teacher Flourishingsm workshops provide K-12 classroom teachers with scientifically grounded tools to enhance resilience and increase teacher energy and zest.

Increasing teacher retention, improving classroom climate and more broadly, helping to support the creation of a positive school community are additional areas of focus.

In each interactive workshop, teachers explore concepts, experiment with skills and plan real-world applications. Reference materials will be provided to support deeper investigation and ongoing learning.

Utilizing Strengths + Teacher Flourishingsm

Personal strengths can be an under-utilized resource. Increased use of strengths can foster flourishing. In this one-day introductory workshop, participants will learn scientifically based ways to identify, understand and utilize their personal strengths and the strengths of others.

This workshop will be held at Antioch New England. We will have coffee and breakfast for you beginning at 8:00. Each workshop will run from 8:30-3:30. An afternoon snack will also be provided. Please bring a bag lunch with drink.
