Antioch University Mission Statement
Antioch University is founded on principles of rigorous liberal arts education, innovative experiential learning and socially engaged citizenship. The multiple campuses of the University nurture in their students the knowledge, skills, and habits of reflection to excel as lifelong learners, democratic leaders, and global citizens who live lives of meaning and purpose.

- Establish clear and coherent operational decision-making processes.
- Improve internal communication and collaboration in
institutional governance.
- Enhance opportunities for faculty and staff development
that relate to governance.
Priority 3. Address Faculty and Staff Compensation
Goal
- Implement more equitable compensation for faculty and
staff at Antioch University New England.
Priority 4. Strengthen and Diversify Revenue Streams
Goals
- Fully enroll all programs
- Develop new degree and certificate programs
- Develop an advancement infrastructure to significantly
enhance fund raising
- Identify and develop new sources of revenue
